Shuttle Service

Need a ride? Our complimentary shuttle service is available to take you within city limits when you drop your vehicle off for service and/or repairs.

Service Appointment

Prince George Motors makes servicing your vehicle convenient. Please call our appointment co-coordinator and schedule your next vehicle maintenance visit when it is convenient for you.

While booking your appointment our coordinator will:

• Capture your vehicle/customer information saving you time when you drop your vehicle off.
• Assign an appointment that is convenient for you.
• Conduct a thorough history check of your vehicle prior to your scheduled arrival.

Your scheduled appointment is to meet with our Service Writer and not a scheduled time to commence work on your vehicle. This appointment ensures we are available when you arrive to provide you a complete explanation of all service/repairs planned for your vehicle. This process allows us to assign the most appropriately qualified technician to the task required.

After Hours Drop Off

We appreciate you have a busy schedule. Should you need to drop your vehicle off after hours, please fill in the information on the envelope, insert your vehicle keys inside the envelope and drop the sealed envelope through the designated mail slot in the service entry door. Leave the rest to us. We will contact you to discuss the required services/repairs your vehicle needs.
